  • Hazardous Identification for Vessel , preparation & Approval of S.R.P
  • Removal of oil & other Flammable item & approval from explosive Dept.

  • Naked light & Man entry
  • GPCB Inspection for decontamination
  • Receipt of cutting permission

  • Identification & Marking on Ship
  • Hazardous waste &ACM Identification (ACM Handling by out source Agency)

  • Daily Hot Work Permit
  • Weekly man entry review as per cutting plan
  • Weekly environment review as per cutting plan

  • Weekly review of hazardous waste removal & disposal
  • Weekly review of Incidents occurring on plot & action taken.
06
  • Daily sale recyclable items to Trader & authorized recyclers respectively.
  • Final engine room dismantling & removal of heavy machinery.
  • Preparation of final compliance report on completion of ship.
